Floating in a sea kayak allows one to become a part of the ocean and is one of the best ways to intimately explore the coastal environment. From sea birds to seals, purple sea stars to sea cucumbers, the marine world of our area is fascinatingly diverse! And the shoreline is equally as interesting with edible seaweeds, orange barked arbutus trees, blue green juniper bushes and cedar branches shading the rocks.
All of our kayak tours leave from our private launch site in the Lund Harbour and are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Each tour includes an on land introduction to sea kayaking to ensure your comfort and safety before we set out to explore nearby bays and islands. Our full day tours also feature a delicious, locally sourced, made from scratch lunch. Using both singles and doubles, all of our kayak tours emphasize active learning so you can get the most out of your experience!
